The feast of theater play readings Esta Noite Grita-se never stop. In 2022, we move forward with the 6th season of our programming, including the 2nd edition of the New Dramaturgy Award for Female Authors, workshops, podcast and the usual public readings. The main program will take place in Lisbon, from October to December 2022, but we have more activities throughout the year.

But now, it's time to launch the 2nd edition of the New Dramaturgy Award for Female Authors, from Esta Noite Grita-se / Companhia Cepa Torta, in partnership with the publisher Douda Correria. Applications are open from the 1st of January to the 31st of March 2022 and you can consult the regulation here:
The big change compared to the 1st edition of our award is the mentoring process, from June to September 2022, where 3 selected playwrights will have the opportunity for a period of discussion and eventual improvement of the works presented with the follow-up of one of the elements of the jury. - Patrícia Portela, Joana Craveiro and Francisco Frazão. The winning work, will result in a prize of €750 for the winner, will be included in the program of Esta Noite Grita-se and published in a book. Get to know more on our site
