Cepa Torta are looking for a qualified professional for a part-time contract as a theater teacher during the current academic year of 2025, for immediate entry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Companhia Cepa Torta is recruiting a professional with experience in theatrical training, which includes the dance component, for children.
The selected person will be included in a multidisciplinary team at Cepa Torta, responsible for bringing the art of theatre and artistic creation to many children in the parish of Marvila. In this particular case, the professional to be selected will be responsible for supervising kindergarten classes, that is, children between the ages of 2 and 5.
In this sense, previous experience with children, and particularly with these ages, is valued. Availability to start work immediately is also a decisive factor.
WHAT IS EXPECTED
- Carrying out expressive dynamics sessions with children in a structured manner, taking all necessary measures to ensure that it is a space for freedom, creation and expression in harmony;
- Adequate preparation of teaching moments in accordance with the pedagogical references defined by the coordination;
- Maintaining updated project monitoring documentation;
- Your presence at periodic project supervision meetings;
- Strict compliance with the timetable established at the beginning of the school year, in the different educational establishments where the sessions take place;
- Monitoring the creation phase of a final exhibition, as well as all actions related to the show, with the different classes in a location to be defined in Lisbon;
- Contribution to the preparation of the final team report for submission to the different parties involved in the project.
WHAT WE OFFER
Fixed-term contract starting immediately and running until June 2023, with an average weekly teaching load of 10 hours, in 8 educational establishments, in the parish of Marvila.
The base salary will be €530 (five hundred and thirty euros), plus holiday and Christmas bonuses, in accordance with current law, in addition to mandatory work accident insurance. The contract will have a 30-day trial period.
