2025 is almost here – and “Esta Noite Grita-se” will continue to make history!
We "officially" closed yesterday, on December 19th, the 8th season of Esta noite grito-se, with the last reading of the play “Lacuna” by Luz Ribeiro, the big winner of the 4th edition of the New Dramaturgy Award by Female Authors.
It was a season that will be missed, marked by new discoveries, loyal audiences and so many shared emotions. Accompanied by incredible casts, who performed the 5 wonderful texts of this season in an unforgettable way.
We would like to warmly thank everyone who makes this project possible: our audience, the authors, the artistic and technical teams, the spaces that welcome us and, of course, those who follow us with such enthusiasm. Thank you!
And now? Now we look to the future:
Applications for the 5th edition of the New Dramaturgy Award by Female Authors will be open between January 1st and March 31st, 2025.
If writing is what moves you, don't miss the opportunity to participate! Check out our website to find out more: https://www.cepatorta.org/premio-literario
We will soon share news for the next season in 2025.
Continue to follow us on social media and on our podcast, where words and theater never stop.
To everyone, a huge thank you for being by my side. It's because of you that this adventure makes sense!
