Discover the Program of the 9th Season of Esta Noite Grita-se.

With the arrival of the last quarter of the year, the new edition of the Feast of Interpreted Readings of Theater Texts – Esta Noite Grita-se returns , an event eagerly awaited by the public that has followed us throughout these 9 seasons, growing and renewing itself with each edition.

Between October and December, we will read works by Pirandello, Zinnie Harris, Max Frisch, Mariana Antão (with Teatro Meridional), and the winner of the 5th edition of the New Playwriting Award for Female Authors. The five texts will be shared in various venues throughout Lisbon, including regular partners such as the Lisbon Libraries, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, and the Fábrica Braço de Prata, as well as BOTA-Anjos and Casa do Comum. We also return with great enthusiasm to the Faro Municipal Library, invited by Teatro das Figuras, and will premiere at the Lagos Cultural Center.

This year we once again have exceptional casts to bring these readings to life, with the privilege of welcoming Teatro Meridional as a special guest.

In addition to the readings, Festim celebrates the 5th Edition of the New Playwriting Prize for Female Authors , with the winner to be announced on October 1st . The program also includes a reading workshop designed for all audiences , as well as new editions of the Esta Noite Grita-se podcast.
